Experienced Lead Cook Job Requirements:
Provide support to kitchen manager, and guidance to staff to ensure they meet performance standards. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. Coordinate food preparation activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare food items according to recipes and standards. Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
Work Experience:
2 years lead cook experience 3 years line cook experience Food Manager Certified preferred, but not required Summary As an Experienced Lead Cook, you will be responsible for coordinating with the kitchen manager in overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service.
