Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling toppings. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing portions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in food preparation and cooking techniques specific to pizza is a plus.
