As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing excellent service to our customers. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling and sanitation practices are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and slicers, safely and efficiently. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality of all items used. Assist with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including regular sanitization of surfaces and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or culinary roles. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
