Qualifications:
- 2+ years culinary experience in fast paced kitchens
- Understanding of proper kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Good oral communication skills
- Must have open availability as there are both day and night shifts.
