Part Time Line Cook ScoLor Staffing Saint Augustine, FL 32084 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be dedicated to delivering high-quality meals. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications Assist in menu planning and development with the culinary team Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Adhere to food safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service Experience Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including meal preparation and cooking methods Familiarity with dietary aide practices is a plus Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning and catering services is advantageous Join our team and contribute your culinary skills to create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
