In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared according to our standards of excellence, while adhering to food safety regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong interest in culinary arts and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and special dietary needs. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dietary department practices, meal preparation, and food safety regulations. Familiarity with menu planning and culinary techniques is a plus.
