Lead Saute Cook 63 Sovereign 63 West Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity, along with strong leadership abilities to oversee saute station and maintain ticket times. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health and safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and development with Chef, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Experience Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment is essential. Strong knowledge of food handling practices, knife skills, and meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with various cooking methods and cuisines is an asset.
