- Responsible for preparing customer menu orders according to the restaurant’s recipe guidelines.
- Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our recipes
- Prepare all food items as directed in a timely, sanitary manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Memorize our menu and use the proper serving sizes and techniques
- Help maintain the kitchen cleanliness; ensure all food prep and storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
- Restock and rotate product to maintain quality control throughout the shift
- Assist in the cleaning of all kitchen equipment and organization of inventory and deliveries.
Cooks will report directly to the Executive Chef or Culinary Manager at the assigned property.
Requirements:
No min. education required; No min. experience required. Applicant must have the Ability to lift 30+ pounds. Employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. The work schedule may vary and may include weekends and holidays. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours are from 6:00 am to Midnight and vary depending on restaurant need. Worksite locations

Availability of On-the-Job Training:

- If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer r or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence during travel will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts Daily Transportation
