Suite 22 compensation: $$$ based on experience employment type: job title: Grill Cook We’re looking for a killer meat station cook who knows their way around fire, temps, and timing. You’ll be responsible for executing perfectly cooked steaks, lamb, and proteins in one of Destin’s top fine dining restaurants. If you’re tired of chaotic kitchens, no-shows, or cooks who don’t care — we’re not that place. This is a position for someone who: Has real experience on the grill/meat station in a busy kitchen Knows how to temp proteins consistently and rest properly Can handle a tight pass, communicate clearly, and show up ready Wants to grow in a professional, chef-led kitchen with standards Thrives on precision, pressure, and pride $$$ Pay based on experience s Work alongside a tight, professional crew (no ego, no drama) Off every Saturday and Sunday, dinner only Opportunity to expand into menu specials, and leadership roles Chef with 25+ years in fine dining is in the trenches with you Principals only.
