Participes with superiors in the initial planning of current and future work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs and estimes. Assigns tasks to subordines. Explains work requirements, methods and procedures, instruct subordines in new procedures. Investiges and determines causes for work reled problems such as excessive costs or low productivity.
