Qualifications Proven experience as a line cook Strong food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Proficient knife skills and culinary techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a kitchen team setting Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation.
