Server Job Overview:

Join our team as a Server and be an integral part of delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menu options, describe specials, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately to tables.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meals.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
• Process payments and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in handling food safely and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas is a plus.
