Cook Cajun Bones LLC Atlanta, GA 30337 Here at Cajun Bones , LLC , we are seeking a skilled and dependable Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards, ensuring each plate is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail, and a passion for food. Fast learners and knowledge of a commercial kitchen is a plus! Key Responsibilities Clean, set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, peel, measure, etc.) Cook menu items using various methods (grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, etc.) Dress and plate dishes to proper presentation standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety/sanitation protocols (HACCP, ServSafe, etc.) Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and assist with inventory management and ordering Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in training new or junior team members hiring Minimize food waste and manage proper food storage/rotation Respond efficiently to customer feedback or special requests (dietary needs, allergies) Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required; culinary certification preferred not required 1-3 years cooking experience in a restaurant, catering, or institutional kitchen; line cook experience preferred Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards Excellent knife /prep skills and proficiency in various cooking methods Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure, fast-paced team environment Physical stamina (standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs) Strong communication, time‑management, attention to detail, multi tasking Food handler or ServSafe certification
