Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards for taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling techniques. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus, develop new recipes, and accommodate dietary restrictions. Assist with catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Skills Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Creativity in menu planning and presentation is a plus. Experience with catering services or dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous.
