Duties Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables. Help in assembling dishes and plating food for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Follow food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Support chefs during service by providing timely assistance and ensuring all necessary ingredients are available. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Participate in catering events as required, helping to set up and break down service areas. Skills Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
