Cook 1.7 1.7 out of 5 stars Colfax, LA 71417 Colfax Nursing and Rehab is in search of a qualified candidate for a cook position in our dietary department. Our dietary department operates on 12 hour rotating shifts. The cook is responsible for preparing all three meals meeting menu and diet requirements for our nursing residents. Long term care experience is desired.

Duties:

Prepare meals following menus and recipes provided. Prepares meals according to safety guidelines meeting proper temperature. Proper storage of food. Cleans and sanitize equipment and work area.
