As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and food preparation for daily operations. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with catering teams for special events or large orders as needed. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices. Skills Strong experience in meal preparation and cooking within the food industry. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience with menu planning and catering services is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff.
