Cook/Kitchen Help/Help wanted Dynasty Chinese Restaurant 400 Guilbeau Road, Lafayette, LA 70506 We’re a well-established, family-owned Chinese takeout restaurant that’s been proudly serving our community for over three decades . Responsibilities:

Meat Cutter:

Slice, trim, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, chicken) according to restaurant standards Ensure all meat is cut fresh, portioned properly, and stored safely Maintain cleanliness and safety in the prep area Assist with basic ingredient prep as needed

Cook:

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and customer orders Work quickly and efficiently during busy hours Keep kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked Monitor food quality and freshness at all times Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Packing:

Pack takeout orders accurately and neatly Double-check orders to make sure all items are included (sauces, rice, utensils, etc.) Communicate with front counter staff and kitchen to stay on top of incoming orders Keep packing station clean and well-stocked

Fried Chicken Station:

Prepare and fry chicken to perfection—crispy, hot, and consistent every time Monitor oil temperature and quality Keep fryers clean and follow safety protocols Ensure chicken is ready and available during peak hours

Job Types:

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour
