They ensure dishes are cooked to order and meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role also involves teamwork and communication with other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Cooking:

Prepare and cook various menu items on grills, broilers, and roasters.

Seasoning and Preparation:

Season and prepare meat, vegetables, and other ingredients. Prepare sauces for the various meats and vegetable dishes.

Quality Control:

Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards.

Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized work area and grill station.

Safety:

Follow all food safety procedures and regulations.

Communication:

Communicate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.

Teamwork:

Inventory:
