The Link Restaurant Group offers great benefits: Full time employees are eligible for medical, vision, and dental insurance after 60 days of employment as well as company paid life insurance. Full time employees are also eligible for 5 days of sick pay after 90 days of employment as well as 5 days of PTO (paid time off) after 1 year of employment. After 1 year of employment all employees are eligible for a 401k with a 4% company match.
