We are driven by the creative use of local ingredients from farmers and fishermen we’ve spent a decade building personal relationships with and are dedicated to providing a balanced and supported work life for our team. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a solid foundation of classic techniques and knife skills, bring a productive and thoughtful attitude, and have a strong understanding of kitchen operations. This is a great opportunity to flex your creativity using the finest products the Gulf has on offer. We are a full tip pool and BOH is currently making $30-$33/hour. Shifts are typically 7.5-8.5 hours long, and our preferred candidate would have day and night availability. We make an effort to accommodate reasonable schedule flexibility, so don’t worry, we’ll work with you to make sure you won’t miss your parades and can have reasonable time off during the summer before the madness in October.
