Prep Cook 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 250 Elm Street, Dartmouth, MA 02748 We are looking for a hard-working prep cook to be responsible for setting up workstations in the kitchen and preparing ingredients for the cooking process. The prep cook is required to perform cooking duties such as, monitoring stock levels, butchering, sauce making, and general quality control. You are responsible to take on culinary tasks as they arise. To be a successful prep cook, you should understand and be willing to comply with food and sanitation guidelines and regulations, be quick and diligent, and be willing to improve on the job.
