We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, works clean, stays organized, and brings strong skills to the sauté, grill and middle stations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience working the sauté, grill and middle stations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen Attention to detail in planning, recipe prepping, setting up your station, cooking and plating items for a successful service Ability to stay calm, efficient, and focused during busy services Strong organizational skills, clean work habits, and knowledge of food safety regulations. A team-first attitude with professionalism and pride in your craft Someone who will take initiative to prep for their station and perform consistently with minimal supervision
