THE STARTING RATE

$21.30 per hour

THEDAY-TO-DAY

Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfullyapply culinary techniques Restock kitchen supplies and food itemsrequired for service Properly label and date products to ensuresafekeeping and sanitation Maintain solid menu knowledge and attentionto detail with plate presentation Assist kitchen leadership and staff inexecution of service Maintain solid knowledge, understanding andpreparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Prefersome kitchen experience or trade school or culinary program. Experiencewith a production kitchen, large volume and very repetitive work.
