As a Pizza Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring that our customers enjoy their dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system or cash register. Assist in training new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for managing cash handling and inventory calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new pizza recipes is a plus.
