Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional food service to clients.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques are essential.
• Familiarity with dietary department guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
