Smalls employs Counter People to heat and assemble sandwiches and build beautiful salads and snacks. Prospective employees with a small amount of kitchen experience should feel very well equipped to apply for this fast paced, fun role. Being a Cook at Smalls is a great job for folks looking to increase their professional cooking skills, as well as for someone with lots of experience that might want a lower impact job that they can leave at work. This job is guest facing so it is eligible for tips. That being said, applicants with experience managing fast paced customer order fulfillment (bartenders or bar backs, fast casual restaurant employees, etc) should also feel very capable in this role.
