including chopping, cutting, pulling food from walk-ins, starting
equipment, etc., preparing and cooking foods/meals to order according to
recipes, serving prepared meals to waitstaff, cleaning work areas,
equipment, utensils, dishes, etc., closing kitchen at the end of the
night by cleaning, taking care of food and waste, and shutting off all
equipment. 35+ hours per week, Monday-Sunday (2-3 days off, varies), as
early as 7:00 a.m. and could work until 11:59 p.m. (multiple shifts
available, varies), $18.90 per hour, overtime possible at $28.35 per
hour; temporary full-time position (April 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025).
No minimum education or experience required; on-the-job training
provided; must be able to lift 50 lbs.; performance-based bonus and/or
raise possible; employees receive 20% food discount when not working and
one employee meal at 50% discount when working; employer offers to
assist workers with finding housing. Paid bi-weekly using a single
workweek as the standard for computing wages due. Standard payroll
deductions as required by law. Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)
to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers
reimbursed, if worker completes half the employment period; the amount
for daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to
a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts; return transportation will
be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is
dismissed early by the employer. Reimbursement within one week after the
start of work of visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other
related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by
the H-2B worker. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal
to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the
total employment period. The employer will provide workers, at no
