Line Cook Union River Lobster Pot Restaurant 11 South Street, Ellsworth, ME 04605 The Lobster Pot is a fast paced seafood restaurant located on the banks of the Union River. We pride ourselves on creating all of our dishes from scratch using locally sourced foods. We have interns from local culinary programs and pay your dues to the local chapter of the American Culinary Federation. We have a great reputation for great service and food. The working environment is fun and we all work as a team. We serve dinner nightly seven days a week from mid-June to mid-October. Job duties include:

cook meats, lots of fish, be able to run a fryer station, grill station, cook vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
