Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs and preferences. Skills Proficiency in cooking techniques and methods, with experience in fine dining preferred. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various food preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
