• Oversee food preparation and production in compliance with dietary guidelines and regulations.

• Utilize cooking skills to create nutritious and appealing meals for residents.
• Coordinate with dietary department to meet specific dietary requirements.
• Implement ServSafe practices to maintain a safe and sanitary food environment.
