Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and organized. Utilize various kitchen tools, including knives, to prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Help with catering events as needed, providing support in menu planning and execution. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a high standard of hygiene. Skills Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred; catering experience is a plus. Proficient knife skills for efficient meal preparation. Strong understanding of food service operations and dietary aide responsibilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
