TITLE Employee Dining Room Cook
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a COOK for out Employee Dining room to join our TEAM! Island View Casino’s Employee dining room provides a comfortable and convenient space our staff to eat during their shifts. It offers a variety of benefits, including a place to relax, connect with colleagues, and enjoy meal options, which can contribute to overall employee satisfaction. The EDR Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and is responsible in the preperation of our Chef’s menu according to recipe specifications. They are also responsible for transporting dirty pans and utensils to the dish room. Rotates food when needed. Operates all equipment in the Employee Dining Room such as, drink machine, popcorn, hot dog, ovens
ECT. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have Valid Driver License or State issued ID. 2 years in the food service industry required. Knowledge of all kitchen equipment used.
