Bring your culinary passion to life in an upscale setting. We’re seeking a dependable and passionate PM Cook to deliver refined, European-inspired dishes that reflect the elevated AC experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present high-quality evening dishes aligned with AC brand standards
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
Communicate and collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain consistency in portioning, plating, and culinary execution
Assist with inventory management and work to reduce food waste

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Solid understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
