• Culinary school degree or previous experience in kitchens (preferred not required)
• At least 2 years experience in a high volume line cook position
• Solid punctuality, positive attitude, and willingness to grow and learn
• Be able to effectively communicate and take direction from supervisors
• Ability to understand and follow precise recipes to create consistent dishes
• Experience with high volume and fast paced environment
