Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during service hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Requirements Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
