Line Cook/Prep Cook Clean Eatz 214 Harvey Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 We are not like others in the food industry- no late nights, no long weekend hours, great team vibes and VERY competitive pay. Can you setup and run a SIMPLE line, are you a people person, are you a quick learner and have cooking experience? If so we are looking to bring on a utility player on the team- someone that can bounce around and help where is needed. ! BUT first a few details about us and the team. We at Clean Eatz (Winston Salem NC) are looking for a team member who is also willing to be cross trained in other positions as needed. We believe in balance and truly enjoying your time while at work. Your schedule would consist of no early mornings, no late nights, and short hours on the weekend (typical shifts are 9am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 2pm-7pm). Below are a few more details- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Meal assembly Set up and break down BOH Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables Label stock and inventory all ingredients Weigh and measure ingredients to be used Line cooking Front counter customer service Qualifications cooking experience Must be available to work shifts that are primarily 9a-5p and have some weekend availability (shift typically 10a-3p) Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal Ability to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time May occasionally lift 25-50lbs reliable transportation We are looking forward to reading your application.
