The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is seeking an Upscale Fine Dining Cook for our PM Shift. The Upscale Fine Dining Cook for our PM Shift is pivotal in creating delightful morning experiences for guests in our Finial Restaurant dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong grill cook who is adept at managing temperatures of steaks, fish, poultry, and game meats without the use of a thermometer.
Adept at preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes.
Responsible for prepping, plating and other tasks with skill and finesse.
Be skilled in meeting the highest standards in dish excellence in taste, presentation and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle food items with care and ensure proper storage.
Working Hours:
3 pm until 11 pm
