Contemporary cuisine inspired by classic techniques done with intention to the highest level. Perfection, although unattainable, is the goal. Job type : full-time. 40 hours, 4 to 5 days a week.

Shift :

AM, Midday, and PM shifts available.

Availability :

Weekday and Weekend days.

Experience Level :

2 years experience in working kitchen. Job duties include but are not limited to : Creates and provides memorable guest experiences. Maintain station cleanliness, par levels and performance standards. Creates and maintains professional relationships with guests and coworkers. Arrives to work on time with professional appearance, well groomed and ready to work. Checks in with shift Chef to review shift production plan. Completes all prep in accordance with recipes, standards and instructions provided by the shift Chef. Assist with all kitchen duties as instructed by the shift Chef. Work with other departments to ensure guest requests are met and expectations are exceeded. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment while maintaining friendliness and professionalism. Exhibits attention to detail in all aspects of job duties. Able to work safely and efficiently in a controlled environment. AM and PM shifts are needed and may be rotated based on operational and employee needs.
