We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development
• Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Follow all dietary restrictions or special requests from guests

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives and other cutting tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
• Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development is a plus
