Job Description
Prep Cook
- Will assist cooks in prepping meats and vegetables for cooking/grilling
- Will assist in brewing coffee/tea
- Will assist in assembling the foods for serving
- Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables
- Perform general cleaning activities in the kitchenarea
- Experience a plus
