As a nighttime line cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our high standards, working efficiently during peak hours, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You’ll be part of a talented team that values creativity, quality, and attention to detail.

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Work efficiently during peak hours, managing multiple dishes and priorities
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Stay up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and promotions

• Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in upscale dining or club settings
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
• Certification in food safety and handling
