Adaptability Responsibilities:

As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Specifically, you would be responsible for the following tasks:

• Grill meats, fish, and poultry to order with precision and consistency
• Sauté and fry menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food cost, and portion control
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as a dependable team player who is self-motivated, a problem solver, and able to think quickly on their feet
