Pizza Maker dough house pizza co 300 North Front Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to create delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety standards. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens and pizza cutters, safely and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including bussing tables and sanitizing workspaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Skills Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS. Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar food industry setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with patrons and address their needs effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
