WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a talented and professional P.M. / Dinner Line Cook to join our team for evening service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong culinary foundation who thrives in a high-volume, fine dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant (fine dining preferred)
• Culinary education preferred
• Solid knowledge of pasta cookery, fish butchery, sauté techniques, and large roasting methods
• The ability to work with speed, precision, and consistency
• A calm, professional demeanor during busy service
• Passion for delivering elevated, high-quality food every night

SCHEDULE

Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality- on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

JOB STATUS

Full Time or Part Time (Regular and Seasonal available)
