Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality service and presentation. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Skills Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Experience in catering or fine dining settings is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
