A Line Cook is responsible for determining the amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus and plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved.
Qualifications include: The Line Cook should have cooking experience in roasting, braising; sauté and grill a must, knowledge of soups, sauces are also required. Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations is a necessary qualification for The Line Cook position.
