job title: Cook Pizzeria Mercato is looking to add a morning prep cook to our team. This requires doing daily prep based around our menu which changes all the time. Good knife skills are important for this role and the ability to multi-task. We operate Thursday-Sunday, giving a concrete balance between work and personal life. Shifts begin at 8 AM and work until 2-3 PM. We have two weeks a year, first week of January, and first week of July where we close for a break to rest. If you think you are a good fit for our team, constantly commit to working clean and organized, and have a positive attitude(this is huge!) please include an updated resume and we will schedule time to sit down and talk more about the position.
