The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience while adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently. Manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new drink options based on seasonal ingredients or trends. Uphold food handling and safety protocols during all aspects of service. Provide support during catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality service throughout. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and culinary techniques is a plus. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities and food safety standards is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
