Aviator Brewing Diner Cooks 1.2 1.2 out of 5 stars 630 Brewing Drive, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 Aviator Diner is looking for qualified line cooks to join our team. Work in a great, relaxing environment and serve up some of the best breakfast! Experience or knowledge of food ingredients, preparation, and cooking techniques, and attractive food presentation. A SERV safe qualified will be provided if you don’t already have the training. Diner hours would be from 6:00am to 2:00pm everyday.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:

Arrive early and ready to prep : Be on-site before opening (around 5:00 AM) to begin daily prep work Prepare breakfast menu items : Cook eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, omelets, grits, hashbrowns, biscuits, and more to order Maintain speed and accuracy : Work quickly during the morning rush while keeping quality consistent Follow all recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency and minimize waste Keep the station clean and stocked : Restock ingredients, wipe down surfaces , and maintain a clean prep area Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate orders Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health codes Assist with prep and closing tasks : Chop, portion, and store ingredients before/after service Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, positive environment Adapt to changing needs during peak times and help wherever needed in the kitchen
